However, it's kind of.. hard.. to leave BFC you see, and even if I want to join, I would have to get my parents' permission first. Forget about KLYS now first, because I truly still do not have any intension to join them yet. I am more focused on BFC, training well and getting trophies back for the club and also the coaches.
Yeah, this was at Matt's place on New Year's Day. We spent it quite well.. I guess? Yeah, new hair.. with my forehead shown. I know, looks kinda weird, but you will get used to it. As you know, Matt's on my left and Gilbert's on my right. To be honest, I'd never thought I would see Ishaq leaving for Europe so quick. I have always thought of him leaving when we are like.. at the age of 17. I mean, look at it, we met when we're 14, and then leaving when we're just going to turn 15 in the new year. How quick is that?
But there's no certainty that he is going there forever, he might just come back if he can't get a club there. I want him to come back, and also I want him to get a club there! And of course, it would be best for him to get a club there because there would be a great chance that he would have his dream come true, of being a professional footballer. Yes, I have that dream too, but first, I have to focus on my education and also, not forgetting, my football.
It's a new year and I definitely have goals to achieve this year and I seriously cannot waste anymore time in achieving what I have to achieve.Even if no one really cares, my family will still be there for me to reach what I have always wanted to achieve. So what are my new year resolutions?
- Get fitter
- Get stronger
- Get bigger
- Get smarter
- Improve in my overall performance in football
- .. and many more ..
Well yeah, all these things apply to my education and football. I won't really be able to achieve all of them in a shot, but it would really be great if I can really achieve it by August. It's 2010 now, and this year, I would be heading to Brazil. It was originally planned for last year, but because of H1N1, it was postponed to this year, and we might be going with the older boys too.
Coach told me that I might be training with the U-18s this year but there's no certainty that I am already in that category. Yes, U-18s may be a little big for me, but think about it logically.. if I stay in the U-15s, what can I do to improve myself? Facing the U-18s would truly be a great training for me because they're much bigger and stronger than me, and definitely better than me. So, in order for me to reach to the same level as them, I will take the chance to train with the U-18s and learn from them. And that.. would really help me improve into a better player! :) That's what I am really aiming for.
